The Tucson Police Department said officers were dispatched after receiving a report of a shooting in the 2000 block of South Sahuara, near the area of 29th Street and Craycroft Road. When officers arrived, they found Eddie suffering from a gunshot wound.
Sadly, there was nothing that could be done to save him. Eddie was pronounced dead, leaving those closest to him with the heartbreaking reality of losing someone they cared about without warning.
